In the app
Open More → Settings → Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.
On the website
Sign in and use the form below, or go to My profile and choose Delete my account.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, photo and bio are erased straight away.
- Your timeline posts, marketplace listings and prayer requests are removed.
- Your fellowship connections, saved hymn melodies and app sign-ins are deleted.
- Messages you sent stay visible to the people you sent them to, shown as from "Deleted Member".
What we keep, and for how long
Records of payments, gifts, receipts, marketplace orders and wallet transactions are kept for up to six years because tax and anti-fraud law require it. They are linked only to "Deleted Member". Backups are overwritten within 90 days.
Any remaining wallet balance, coins and unused subscription time are lost when the account is deleted, so withdraw or use them first. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are not used by FaceChrist; coins bought in the app are one-time purchases.
Can't sign in?
Email neocytech@gmail.com from the email address on your account (or tell us the phone number you registered with). We confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
